We hope you love your Wanderlust stationery, however if you are not completely happy you can notify us by emailing hello@wanderlustpaper.co to arrange a return 

Returns procedure:

You need to return your unwanted products for a refund within 30 working days from the date of dispatch. Both the products and their original packaging must be returned as new and in a saleable condition.

Please email hello@wanderlustpaper.co before you return any items and we will advise you. We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. 

We'll examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We'll process your refund or exchange within 5 working days of receipt of your returned item. We will e-mail you confirmation of a refund, or send you your replacement. Please do not contact us until 5 working days have passed since we received your return and be assured that we will endeavour to process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible.

We are only able to refund the price of the products in full and cannot cover any return shipping costs. We will refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
